Thank you Sheri and Thank you to your excellent team!!! The day was great fun and the wind made it very challenging.   So many fun moments because of the wind.

For Example:
* I served the ball and it was returned into the kitchen but the wind caught the ball and it went back over the net to the other side before I could even touch it!!
** Also, I have never had serves land in the kitchen!!!

The most fun was meeting so many new people and playing with so many great partners.

Thank you to everyone for such a "Memorable Tournament."

What a fun event, thank you ALL for making it happen! You may look at the weather today and think if only we had weather like this yesterday! But truly, the wind made us all one big happy family! Thanks again!

Fantastic Freaky Friday!

Too busy to do a head count and forgot to do a group picture, but Freaky Friday was a great way to start out this membership year Friday evening at Hidden Valley Courts! We guessed 50+ players came out on a gorgeous late summer night.

Good play, good fun, good food and good times.  Raffle tickets were given for each player that brought food, dressed freaky, or brought a friend. Gift certificates to Pickleball Central were given to four lucky ticket holders.

Board members did not draw the four tickets out of a bucket, but three board members did win a gift certificate.

Winners of the gift certificates: Tom Murtha, Netto Montoya, Paul Kocher, and Karen Wallis.

Thanks to all who came, played, visited and ate! Next events will be added to the Events page and we will keep you posted.

Good Times at Holiday Banquet

Over 90 TMPC members came together to celebrate the holidays in style with great food and great fun. Thanks to all who came and donated non-perishable food!

Approximately 400 cans/packages of non-perishable food was donated by members who attended! President Lyle Mason took the donation to Food Bank of Northern Nevada which will supply about 333 meals to those in need according to Lauren Greeney, Event & Food Drive Coordinator at FBNN.

Leftover food from the food was saved and taken by Board Member Alan Clark to a homeless shelter in Carson City. Alan donates his time at the shelter and took the food directly for his shift that night.

Big thanks to all who came and to Social Events coordinator Netto Montoya who organized the event.  Great food and good times!

Happy Holidays to you all!
